Lois Waugh has more than 20 years of property management experience, in both conventional and affordable projects. Her breadth of experience is an asset to investors and staff, and she specializes in enhancing profitability and efficiency, and long-term strategic planning. She has experience in HUD, LIHTC, RD and other affordable housing subsidy programs, and expertise in Oregon Landlord and Tenant Law. Most recently, Lois was Vice President of Property with College Housing Northwest, where she oversaw operations of the property management department in Portland and Corvallis. She worked to increase portfolio profitability and assisted with development of new projects.

Darla Morin, Property Manager

Darla Morin joined NBS Multifamily Management’s Seattle office in 2012. She has more than 10 years of experience in residential property management, including expertise in managing high-rise properties and remodels, overseeing staff and assisting in property disposition. Darla has managed apartments in both the Seattle and Portland metropolitan areas for Harsch Investment Properties. As manager of a 350-unit high-rise community in downtown Seattle, she oversaw a staff of fourteen employees, including leasing agents and engineering staff. Darla oversaw a complete remodel of five apartment units per month, and assisted in the disposition of that community.
